The questions we hear most.
Are my car and contents insured in transit?
Yes — every driver is fully insured to move customer vehicles of any value, and we hold Goods-in-Transit cover up to £150,000 per vehicle. Personal items left in the car aren't covered, so we recommend you take them out before collection.
How quickly can you collect?
Most jobs we can pick up within 24–48 hours. If you've got a tighter window, call 01925 451420 and we'll see what we can do.
How do I pay?
Card payment on delivery (we carry a card machine in every vehicle), or for account customers we invoice monthly on 30-day terms.
What if the car doesn't start?
We can usually jump-start a flat battery on collection. If the car's mechanically dead we'll need to switch to a recovery contractor, which we can arrange — there's a price difference we'll always agree with you first.
Will my driver smoke in the car?
Absolutely not. Non-smoking is non-negotiable, no eating in the cabin, and shoes off if you ask.
Do I need to be there at delivery?
Ideally yes, so we can hand over keys and sign the condition report. If not, we can arrange a key-safe drop with the recipient.
