The driver, Sargon, kept me up to date with the delivery time and had the car washed just before arriving. He was courteous, friendly and took time to explain the main functions on my new Tucson. Great service, thank you.

Driver contacted us the evening before with a ETA for delivery of our new car the next morning. He offered to wash the car before delivery. He arrived in the morning and went over how the controls worked. Very helpful and professional.

The car arrived roughly when they said it would which was good considering the distance it had to travel and Steve was great he even showed me how the car worked which was a big plus as I'd never driven one of these cars.

Just had my Hyundai Tucson delivered from Redtree by their driver Matt and I must say that the whole process was 5 Star Plus. He arrived promptly after having the car cleaned and over the next 90 mins explained everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience. Top class service. Thank you Matt. Just had my car delivered by Matt Hargreaves today and he was top notch with his customer service and very informative. Very friendly and very efficient! A service with a smile and a laugh!
Went the extra mile
Mark who delivered the car to my house in Swansea spoke to me three times throughout the day to keep me informed, so communication spot on. He was friendly, polite and helpful; he arrived at my house around 6.15pm and still took the time and trouble to run through all the controls on the car, check all in order etc. Basically Mark went the extra mile, even though he still had to catch a train to Newport to pick up another car, then drive home to Nottingham. A lot of people would have been in a rush to get away quickly but he was very patient and helpful. Mark and company provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
Smooth from start to finish
Mark delivered my car yesterday the service went very smooth. I received a call the night before confirming time of delivery and he turned up 15 minutes early, which is always a bonus! The car was in excellent condition and Mark was friendly, polite and professional.
